a truck load of WHAT?

well, finally-yep-im getting around to it. this bloggin thing.
so today-i drove 160 miles.
yesterday was 265 miles
yep-all uncompensated...
saw the most unusal thing yesterday in my ocal canyon-in a construction zone.
sittin there stopped, waiting to the upside down pocket guys to let me go. this white chevy truck pulls by with 3 guys in it. t-shirts, jeans, and a load of shrubbery.
the bed was CHOCK-FULL of shrubbery.
now being a farm boy-i thought that if youre going to be driving along with a load of gren stuff-you ought to at least tie it down, or put a tarp over it...
but no-no tarp. no rope, no net, no bungee cord.
NOTHING!
and no -that wasnt lawn debris, that wasnt tree trimmings, it wasnt bushes...
wait for it...

YEP-the construction flagger and i(yep-witnesses)
saw a FULL load of pot in the back of this truck.
full as in brimming over the side(hence the stop to 'stuff' some of it back in)
and yep-it was pot. smelled like it. crazy.
either some un-marked cop type people...
or some BRAZEN local growers.(good for them)
anyway. thought that was worth sharing. and no-it wasnt the heat.
althought its been over 95 the last few days.
