COMCAST just moved into first place

Used to be my dealings with ATT put them in first place for the absolute worst customer service in the world.

Over the past 7 days my opinion has changed.

It took 7? 10? phone calls, a week with no internet, 45 minute chat, and 5 hours of phone time but they did it, COMCAST edged out ATT for the absolute worst customer service in the world.
